Saturday Musings

I slept in this morning because I didn't go to bed last night until 2:30. Sleeping came about and hour and half later. :)



Because...




I finished reading The Visitation by Frank Peretti...it is a winner! It is a huge book and I could not put it donw, obviously. Very interesting and a bit disturbing but the main point of the book was that it isn't about "the stuff" that religion tells us to do but it is about our realtionship with Jesus. Amen....



Anyway, today is soccer day and then we are going to the Pumpkin Patch to get pumpkins for carving and for the front porch. We are going to read The Pumpkin Patch Parable, it is an awesome book that tells of God's love for us through the growing and carving of a pumpkin.
