Turkey Soup

iI baked a turkey yesterday and amd using the meat for various recipes...Here is one I modified from 2 other recipes...

Turkey Soup
  • 2 quarts chicken broth
  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups cooked turkey meat cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup sliced carrots
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 packet Good Season Italian Dressing Mix

◊Put broth and rice in a large stockpot. Bring to a boil and then add all ingredients and simmer until veggies are tender.

◊Serve with bread and a salad...yum!
