Turkey Soup
- 2 quarts chicken broth
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups cooked turkey meat cut into small pieces
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 packet Good Season Italian Dressing Mix
◊Put broth and rice in a large stockpot. Bring to a boil and then add all ingredients and simmer until veggies are tender.
◊Serve with bread and a salad...yum!
