PB Chanana Smoothie
- Chocolate Soy Milk 1 cup
- 1 banana
- 1-2 Tbsp peanut butter(no salt!)
- ice
Vanilla Soy Fruity
- Vanilla Soy Milk 1 cup
- 1 banana
- Frozen Strawberries 1 cup
- Wheat Germ 2-3 Tbsp.
I make extra and pour it into popsicle molds and the kids love them for a treat. We will be doing lots of these this summer and I am sure we will make new flavors too.
Apparently they are cool as light sabers, swords and the like...
She looks pretty happy, this is her first popsicle...
