Smoothies



My new favorite thing is smoothies! Here are a few of my favorites...




PB Chanana Smoothie


  • Chocolate Soy Milk 1 cup
  • 1 banana
  • 1-2 Tbsp peanut butter(no salt!)
  • ice

Vanilla Soy Fruity

  • Vanilla Soy Milk 1 cup
  • 1 banana
  • Frozen Strawberries 1 cup
  • Wheat Germ 2-3 Tbsp.

I make extra and pour it into popsicle molds and the kids love them for a treat. We will be doing lots of these this summer and I am sure we will make new flavors too.


Apparently they are cool as light sabers, swords and the like...



She looks pretty happy, this is her first popsicle...
