Praying Mantis

I am not sure how long Praying Mantis' live but we found a one the other night that was much bigger than the one we found earlier in the summer. Could it be the same one?

On Wednesday we walked outside and I showed it to Maleiah. I said, "Look, it looks like he is praying."

In a sing-song voice Maleiah said, "Awwww, Jesus I love you!"



And then I realize that despite the bad days and the frustration of raising a strong willed, two year old girl...we must be doing something right.
