Darcy, over at Life With My 3 Boybarians has a preemie son and is blogging this month about Prematurity Awareness Month which is...this month, November! I having a preemie, did not even know this. There is something wrong with that. Anyway, she is going to be blogging and spreading the word and I thought I should too! Please go and read some of the facts she wrote about prematurity...(I don't know if I can copy and paste her words so I just will send you her way. ;))
Maleiah was 6 weeks early and only had to be in the NICU for 5 days. We were so grateful for the care she received while staying there and we were able to see other babies that had been there for months and were alive because of the care they received. March of Dimes does so much for babies even before they are born. All the research is so important. Awareness is important so spread the word!
