This year we spent Thanksgiving at home with some friends of ours. It was a fun day and Dan fried a turkey in our backyard. It was our first time having a fried turkey and it was YUM-O for sure. :)
Only one injury... I dropped a mug and took a chunk out of my finger. Luckily the turkey fryer is also a flight nurse. Super glue is a great thing, stings a little but it stops the bleeding. :)
You will notice we dressed up...that's Justin looking very YMCA-ish. We ended the day with a movie which Maleiah and I missed since even a huge screen can't keep her attention. We hung out in the arcade...fun, huh? Lots of food, too much eating and it's only the beginning of the season.
